Cancellation Policy
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If your final group size is not yet confirmed, the deposit will be calculated based on a minimum of 8 guests.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the tour date and is non-refundable thereafter. There are no refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Tours run rain or shine. In the event of a weather emergency — such as a storm where New York City advises against travel — we will transfer your tour to another date at no penalty.
Once your reservation is finalized, we will send you an invoice payable by credit card.
